Through effective goal setting and designing a plan around those goals we will guide you with the latest, innovative ideology in training. There is so much more to endurance sports and the endurance athletes than just natural strength or ability. Our philosophy of coaching is to take each athlete as an individual and design training programs to make them physically and mentally stronger as well as stress the importance of biomechanics, skills training, and knowledge to perform better. We incorporate specific training and workouts to aid in performing better in all of these areas to create a well rounded athlete who has both physiological and psychological strengths. |
